CBC's Steven Thompson Facilitated the Sale of $2,000,000 Adelanto Warehouse Building

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Steven Thompson, Senior Client Advisor for Coldwell Banker Commercial, has coordinated the purchase of a highly desirable industrial building in Adelanto for $2,000,000. Located on Beaver Road, this property boasted many features the buyer desired including ample space, access to Highway 395 and close proximity to the Southern California Logistics airport.

Representing the buyer of the 16,875 SF space, Thompson was able to complete the transaction within 60 days of its release on the market. Thompson’s experience in finance in conjunction with his extensive client list allowed him to quickly locate this ideal opportunity for the buyer.

Ensuring he paid close attention to his client’s priorities, Thompson worked with the sellers to negotiate a fair price and a swift transaction. “This property is an excellent fit for my client. It is in the perfect location with its close proximity to the main freeways and the ample warehouse space is just what they need for their operation,” stated Thompson. Marked in a cultivation zone, the two story industrial building includes truck terminals and an additional enclosed separate warehouse.

With the buyers located out-of-state, Thompson worked diligently to maintain open and fast communication with his clients. “Working with out-of-area clients is quite common in the Commercial Real Estate Industry,” stated Coldwell Banker Commercial President, Jason Lamoreaux. “The High Desert does lend itself to a higher demand of this with our access to the I-15 and Highway 395. It’s a unique challenge and requires additional communication and due diligence on the agent’s part. Steven was a complete success with this transaction and we are very proud to offer his services to our Coldwell Banker Commercial clients.
