Coldwell Banker Commercial Again Holds Top Spot in the High Desert

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Keeps Number One Commercial Real Estate Firm Ranking for Ninth Year

VICTORVILLE, Calif. – January 11, 2019 – Data from the High Desert Association of Realtors has identified Coldwell Banker Commercial as 2018’s number one commercial real estate firm in the High Desert based on commercial sales volume. Coldwell Banker Commercial, a leading High Desert real estate brokerage firm has attained the number one ranking for the ninth consecutive year.

With 110 brokerage and leasing transactions totaling $61 million in 2018, Coldwell Banker Commercial had the highest market share of any High Desert commercial real estate firm. This achievement was attained, in part, with strong branding, unique marketing and online services, and its expert team of sales agents.

“For nine years running, we have consistently demonstrated our outstanding sales and leasing performance,” said Coldwell Banker Commercial President, Jason Lamoreaux. “We are fortunate to have a phenomenal team of dedicated associates who have helped propel the company to success. I’m very proud of our agents, who are experts in their respective fields, offering their clients real-time industry reporting and analyses in every area of commercial real estate. Along with our support team of transaction coordination and marketing personnel, they all have risen to any challenge and, time and again, produced stellar results.”

Coldwell Banker Commercial achieved its increased market share with the addition of two new sales agents, Terry Saenz and Kyle Vizzo. Saenz counts her experience in public relations and customer service skills as assets in her new profession, while Vizzo, a Barstow native with long-time community ties, brings a background in finance to the table.

In addition, Gina Greer was welcomed as the Director of Commercial Property Management. With 21 years in commercial property management, Greer’s expertise in Class A office and industrial properties is an asset to her clients.

The marketing department expanded when Travis Wade came on board to coordinate the firm’s digital marketing platform. Wade’s social media and marketing capabilities are a perfect fit for the company.

In March of 2019, Coldwell Banker Commercial is hosting the sixth annual High Desert Real Estate Symposium.  An estimated 250 attendees can look forward to hearing from the Senior Economist for the California Association of REALTORS®, Oscar Wei, the Symposium’s featured economist. Symposium topics will address market trends and forecasts presented by national and regional industry experts, including representatives from the five incorporated communities.
