CoStar Power Broker Awards are presented to the top individuals in their field who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market during the previous year. Thompson’s leasing performance places him among the most elite real estate professionals in the Inland Empire, based on his overall transaction volume in 2018, as reported to CoStar and measured against all the active commercial real estate brokers in the Inland Empire market.

This isn’t the first time Thompson has received such stellar honors, having been named a CoStar Power Broker in 2016.  This year Coldwell Commercial Banker also awarded the Sapphire Circle of Distinction to Thompson for his impressive sales volume in 2018, adding to his long awards list from 2016 and 2017 that include, among others, the 2017 commercial real estate top sales agent in the High Desert.
